一、红棉奖和红星奖是什么奖项？

通俗点说呢“红星奖”就是相当于这个领域的“奥斯卡奖”，像联想、海信、海尔这些都有获得过这个奖项，是中国最权威的工业设计大奖。
“红棉奖”就是相当于这个领域的“诺贝尔奖”，像苏泊尔、沃克、箭牌都获得过这个奖项，是中国最具影响力的产品设计奖项之一。

三、参加2021年广东省职业技能大赛工业设计职业技能竞赛有什么奖品？

凡报名参加竞赛的选手，均可下载参赛证明。成功通过任意一赛段，均可获得组委会颁发的电子版参赛奖荣誉证书，作为参赛证明和鼓励。所有参加半决赛的选手将获得组委会颁发的优秀作品奖，可作为就业简历个人奖项处的技能资质证明。本次竞赛还设立优秀组织奖5个。
另外还有：
一、总决赛中根据参赛选手个人成绩评选出一等奖5名，二等奖10名，三等奖15名；技能奖选手可获奖金标准如下：一等奖为5000元/人，二等奖为2000元/人，三等奖为1000元/人。
二、“广东省技术能手”荣誉称号
广东省设立的职业技术能手荣誉称号是技术人才评选表彰制度的重要组成部分，本次竞赛前5名（一等奖）的参获奖选手可获得由广东省人力资源和社会保障厅颁发的“广东省技术能手”荣誉称号。
三、评定高级职称
通过此次竞赛获得“广东省职业技术能手”荣誉称号，则有机会晋升国家职业资格等级。所有在决赛中理论考试及现场实操成绩都合格的参赛选手，申报核发工业设计师二级职业技能等级证书（技师），具体按有技能等级证书关规定执行。
四、高技能人才专项补贴
本次竞赛获得“广东省职业技术能手”荣誉称号的参赛获奖选手，根据当地人才补贴政策，最高可申请数万元的人才补贴。
五、享受一线城市积分入户政策
根据积分入户政策，在本次竞赛中，根据参赛选手的获奖等级获得对应积分。取得一等奖的选手可享受积30分，二等奖积20分，三等奖积10分。具体积分标准按参赛获奖选手所在城市文件为准执行。
